♡ Ginger, Turmeric, Green Tea ♡

One my favorite things to do is relax with a warm cup of herbal tea... I have to have my cups of tea before bed or it just doesn't feel right. It's like a warm hug in your soul haha. Usually, I like to make my own blends usually mixing green tea with other teas, such as mint, other flavoured teas such as lemon or more exotic ones like mango or passion fruit.

Anyways, I discovered a new tea that I absolutely love, not to mention is super healthy for you and inexpensive... At my local Bulk Barn I stumbled across this loose tea- a Ginger, Turmeric and Green tea all blended together to make a subtle soothing taste.
